Sniper New Tune...and Dyno Results...
Now before I dynoed
196rwhp 4857 RPM / 109.6 228trq 3525 RPM / 79.3 This was in December with it being about 70degrees outside with very minimal Humidity...if any...though the car was driven 2 hours prior getting on the dyno...being busy for a while before the Dyno... I get on the Dyno today...Humidity was as high as it can get...and almost 100degrees outside...i believe 96 Degrees today if not 98...Humidity is way up there..Now with the ported lower and 93octane...Basline pass was 180rwhp 3975rpms now mind u this is only at 3975 not 4875 like b4 227rwtrq 3520rpms baseline was cut short to get a good AF reading and because its going to be on 93 now instead of 87...car also did not have a fan blowing at all on it during any pulls....and its hotter inside the dyno room then outside... next pull with a slight tweak 192rwhp 236rwtrq then we had the Rev limiter Removed and the Speed limiter taken off...the car is now running pretty damn hot...next pull 191rwhp 227rwtrq with coolant temps at 203degrees....which is just way to high because no cool down really being the car was hot being in the room and running at 100+ mph with the passes....now if you think the car makes less hp now then I do before I thought the same...but you have to Realize that the intake temp and coolant temp were getting way to high...though it was still making more hp then when I first got on today with the car running a little cooler...though technically it was still somewhat warm...but anyways...he said with it being so hot outside...with the weather being cooler and the car not being so hot...should be able to dyno now...200+ rwhp....240+rwtrq......which 236rwtrq on a hot motor with shitty weather is def 240+ with better conditions...I got a video on my phone...and he gave me a printout of the last run where u can see the car is getting hot...plus he stopped it at 115mph... Reason for no video camera because I expected no tuning today or tweaking...just one pass and leave...which im glad he ended up tuning the car....as for the lower on a NA motor...the IMRCs are meant to help build low end trq like Ive said before...so technically theres no real amount to know what I lost but it was about 6rwtrq down between 1500-2000rpms...but on the top end...the car gained over 10rwtrq though the heat kinda restricts the full potential of the car.....same with with the HP which still went from 179-192...which with better weather I will see more then just the 13rwhp gain from the decent ported lower which could been done better but oh well...... so overall I gained alot better top end power from 4000-5600rpms...now the car pulls still past 5600rpms but I rather not mess with that....even down low you cant feel the difference...but like i said before I felt the difference in my 1st gear at 4000 then usual and I was rite...even top end pull in 4th i felt the car pulling more then usual...not its even better then before...which with the new tune I didnt beat on the car yeah...but without my Rev Limiter...i did take 2nd pulling into 70mph with no problem at 6000rpms...but then i went to 3rd which I only took up to 85mph pretty quick too...I dont recommend shifting passed 5500 on a manual on a stock motor or daily at all...yes my car can still pull because thats my peak hp point up there but still its hard on your car....so dont do it...now the car has no speed limiter...and now Im gonna really test it 2moro night when its about 70 some odd degrees outside....I will try and get my friends vid camera and have someone sit in the car with me and film my gauges....also I will be doing a 2 step for my clutch....kinda like a stall on an auto....i will be able to have my foot floored with the clutch in but will only rev at 3,000 rpms or w/e its sweet spot is...I'll leave that for Patrick to decide when he does it for me....now another problem with making power...my car battery is shot...and needs to be replaced because its producing really weak spark...which is robbing my power as well which sucks...so im trying to get a Optima at least...that will help me a lot too...now with a Throttle body and ported upper...the gains would be better of course...and running this ported lower on a NA is ok...u will lose power at a RPM which u wouldnt be racing at anyways...but like I said the top end would pull harder and it very much does...so Patrick saved the tune which can be sent to any1 with the right Sniper software...or any1 interested in purchasing software...now this is a Mustang Dyne...and the Numbers are LOWER then a DynoJet thats SAE Corrected....he will tell you this...and Justin Starkey at VMP will tell you Mustang Dynes read lower then SAE corrected DynoJets like his....but like I mentioned before..I would rather have lower numbers then I really have...so wether or not they are 100% on the money or they do have the 10-15% lower reading from a DynoJet...I would still be making higher numbers on a DynoJet...any one who knows Dynos can tell you this...and Thats why in fine print if a Magazine shows an add saying numbers are low....they always say because its on a Mustang Dyne...when SAE corrected it will be higher on the DJ's....I will take a pic of one of the Last pull which was the hottest of the day along with a Dynograph with it....like I said the numbers are higher then before...remebering the temp before was a lot better then it was now...about 25-30 degrees cooler in December...

basically im looking at 13+rwhp 10+rwtrq with it being 96+ degrees and Humidity through the roof today
so when cooler such as mid 70s low 80s pending how hot my car is running...i could be looking at anywhere from 5-8rwhp more and 10+rwtrq....so its way more then I expected....of Course when the blower is on I wont see a baseline pull without the blower in cooler temps but thats ok...I knew I was going to gain...so those who doubted now you know...let the this is impossible begin

idk man...it was seriously almost 100outside...and being on the dyno and the car running way to hot...i really didnt wanna get on it :/ i mean i did but its better I didnt...but on the top end i can def. feel a difference...he told me you will def. feel a difference now with 13rwhp in the heat but imagine when its slightly cooler which hes right...and he said your trq feel will be a whole lot better when its cooler trust me...though I can tell theres a slight difference from it going from 227....to 236 but thats with the car steaming...so when the car is running normal to cool with the cooler nights...will def. be over 240 trq
![]() I would go to the track 2moro if I wasnt so damn poor lol...I know I would trap higher then 91 though i cant launch worth a damn with one tire...best 60' on one tire is 2.3....on average 2.4-2.6 so like a 2.5 lol...but my 1/8 mile is in the 9s....which should be low 9s maybe high 8s with a 2.0-1.9 60' because i dont have to pedal 1st and take it so easy into 2nd...I just need a posi even on street tires i would be so much better...let alone DRs

so if i dyno again at a cooler temp and less humidity car should have no problem being
200rwhp + 240rwtrq + ported lower intake, offroad Xpipe 2.5 ,MAC cai, GT catback with 2.25 inlet piping into flowmaster mufflers with a 2.5 outlet with turn down tips before the rear end

Cool
![]() Yeah that heat can really make a difference with everything. Sounds like it's time for a T-Lok as well.

well its raining...i dont wanna get the paper wet man...nice storm just brewed up lol...so I have the sheets from my last pull which was the hottest...with coolant temp at 203 degrees....waaayy up there...would be nice to dyno at night with my car completely cooled before making a pass...but oh well...I know it faster...i can feel it even more....and its weird having more power at 4000-6000rpms now then b4...where i could only go to 5600 rpms and the Speed limiter at 110...he took it up to 115 on the dyno im jealous lol...he was like it kept pulling but i didnt wanna peg the needle haha..im like ya thats my job lol

I told him I got complaints with my old numbers though I have a video...and the paper wasnt legit because of a Dyno Graph scale on it....and because it was "SAE corrected like on a DynoJet" hes like if they dont believe these Numbers...the DynoJet will be even higher im like yeah...theres some ignorant people lol

civics arent any cheap here man...
i think the only cheap 1 here its like an 80's civic for 1k buck ...these cars take like 30 years to get lower than 1k$ and it happened cause there was a boulder or something when the car hit it with the driver side fron tire it jump and lost control in seconds.. and crash into the famous wall...

02, list all your mods prior to your first dyno results and any additional mods added prior to this pull. What was your total spark?
