OK, i ordered some foglights off ebay, aftermarket ones, and they look great, they even had pigtails for them so all i had to was to run my wire. Well, i got in behind my bumper to pull out the wire mesh and the insert for those ppl that didnt have fog lights. My car did not have fog lights on it ever since i got it, and i dont even have a fog light switch in the car. I have manual windows, locks and seats.... so i figured my car was bare bone. Well, i get to digging behind my bumper to find that i have the end of the wiring harness that would have plugged into a set of fog lights. This puzzled me, because as i said, i dont even have a fog light switch. I want to wire my fog light to where i can work them at any point in time, but when the car is turned off, they are off. Maybe even wire them into my parking lights. Since it appears that i already have the wiring harness for fog lights, then i should have the wiring where a switch would go. Where would the switch be? Is there any way i can use that wiring harness without running my own wires?


im not sure where to go, i didnt think i had a wiring harness, but it appears that i do. What can i do with it? what SHOULD i do? i want my fog lights to work even if my parking lights are off, and even if i have my high beams on. i dont want to wire them in on a switch, i will wind up forgetting and leave them on and i have a dead battery. What can i do here?
