Yes 15s in a stang has been done before -

If your doing it say you have 15's in a mustang then go for it if thats your goal. However with those pos JL subs don't be surprised when a guy with 2 12s pulls up next to you and blows you out the water...

sure there are twelves that are better than the 15s i got. but a comparable sub in 12 is not gonna be louder.

what kind of subs you run then since jls are pos??? i never said they are the best but theyre deff not a piece. and i got them for about half the price of a new set. so again i dont need bullshitters like you telling me theres better in the world cause i already know that. so fuck off.

what i was meaning was.. it'd be a waste trying to get two 15's in a mustang when you could put two 8's in there with a better built box (more space) and sound/hit as hard as the 15's. SO, If you want to just have a fucking marching band in your trunk. be my guest. but if you're looking for better sound quality, trade the jl's for something smaller.

sorry if that wasnt the answer you were looking for. but when i'm sure ive had more experience than you on stereo equipment, just take the advice. dont be a bitch and tell us to gtfo. just my

1. I was not saying 15's arent better than 10's or 12's.. for the space in the car all you will do is make your trunk rattle. Is that what your looking for?

The reason i said anything was because i know the size of your trunk and thats all 15's will do. but i hope you find somebody who has done it because it will be rare if you do.

2. you dont know shit about the db races, take 30 10" subs vs. 10 15's and those 10's will crush 15's. so dont talk like you know about db comps. SO dont talk like a bitch and say... Take your 10's to an unlimited class shit.

30 10's = 300"

10 15s= 150"

i wonder which setup has a more surface area?

im no expert in db "comps" but i know a little bit and thats why the segragte the 10s from 12s from 15s and all the other wild stuff. you are all about flaming someone instead of helping.
and i never asked for help or what was better. so by trying to tell me this is better. or you should sell yours cause i dont think itll work is stupid. theres no point in it.

But to adress what you said CVR's are ment to do one job be loud (thats why at sound comps you see most guys who are just getting into the game with a wall of them, their cheap and loud don't have to sound good.)

What i do know is this, When i hear good sound systems, in cars, In my opinion, they have either dual 10's, dual 8's, or just amped speakers. When i hear 12's, ive heard cvr, w6, polk 12, that pos rockford fosgate (god is that terrible) ... they are more of a booooooooooooooooooooooom.. thats not what i want. i want tight hard hitting bass, not 12's, 12's are deep, i dont like deep. Like I stated 12s can be made to sound better than 10s, and louder simple as that.
