damn that is a cheap kit. $86 for a complete kit! i know where i am buying mine. With that kit though that is including the bulbs right? and do you get to pick which ones and does it cost more for a higher output?

It comes with everything, and you get to choose the color temperature you want. Make sure you use the right bulb type when ordering.

Not to hard, just have to make 2 grounds... connect the provided connections and such...

If taking your time (which you should) roughly 1-2hrs

I'm having a problem now after the install of my battery is draining... I think its because of the new HIDs. I wired them directly off the battery, and am wondering if the ballasts are draining it... where did you guys wire them for power?

The kit I bought are the bi-xenon type, which has both high and low beam.

I figured out the battery issue.. I don't think it was the HIDs that were causing it. Now I want to figure out how to wire in the single beam kit into my foglights as vvme.com doesn't offer a kit for the bulb type for our Mustangs.

Eh, they're fog lights so they point towards the ground so that shouldn't be much of an issue.

Don't the older circle type headlamps come as a complete unit? You might have to cut out the inner bulb part and then widen the circle so that you could insert an HID bulb... got a picture?

no my circle lamps have replaceable bulbs (they are xenon) from some company called delta...
http://www.cal-mustang.com/MUSTANG-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-XENON-HEADLAMP-KITS-7-HiLo-Beam-P21729C2487.aspx

they are a lot better than the old halogen sylvania silverstars or whatever they called

but i want brighter could i just get a higher wattage xenon bulb???

If you're talking about 6000K vs. 10000K then no... the higher the number the less the light output. I would get an HID kit from vvme... they're really cheap. Not sure which bulb size you would get for yours though, whatever you could get to fit in there.
