Hey Man I also have a '95 ODB 2. It is not late model...it was built in May of '95. However, you are right MOST '95's are ODB 1. I just got a tuner myself. As has been stated you will need to get your own tuner...you can't use someone else's. Also , I really think that you should get an SCT Xcal 2, Xcal 3, or Livewire. Go to Trick Tuners, SCT Flash Tuners, SCT Flash Custom Tuning, PLX Devices widebands and gauges, SCT Flash tuners, SCT Xcal2, sct livewire, sct xcalibrator or click the link in my sig. You'll get a really great deal there. The guy will do a custom tune specifically for your car. plus he'll give you free retunes(as many as you want) for 2 years. Plus, he'll give you free usb and data cables. Plus, shipping is free. It is better than anything else out there. I can't tell you enough how kick ass this place is. The guy really knows his stuff. Drop him and e-mail and he can answer ANY questions that you might have.
