G-Tech?

Does anybody have any experience with these? Are they accurate? We couldn't get it to work right on my car, we read the instructions and did exactly what it said and it didnt work right. It would be a really neat thing to own if it worked right. Maybe I was just doing something wrong.

Any info would be great
