easier to run that for sound to the speakers for the most part. then plus if i dont want to run the computer for like short trips i can just use the deck. also it give the interior a more unique look.

yeah. this is the same kind of thing i did for the dude with the van. but he didn't want me to make it look like I wanted it to look. he didn't want to spend the extra 100 bucks i was going to charge him. that's a pretty freakin good deal for fiberglassing an enclosure into his headliner and then recovering the entire panel. granted, it was only a small panel that went from the windshield to just behind the front seats, but still. he thought it looked "tight" though. so, that's what matters. as long as the customer is happy. even if the installer thinks it looks like shit.
