Dynamat vs EDead

Hello,
I installed two subs this winter & the mustang certainly needs some sort of sound deadening. I had orignally planned on using a dynamat xtreme trunk kit. I recently found a ''paint on'' substance. Its called EDead V3 made by Elemantal Designs. I can buy it by the gallon for $50. Has anyone had any experience with this product? Any reviews? Pros/cons? Im thinking if it is a good sound deadener, it will make for a neater & easier application than Dynamat.

I would really appreciate any comments

Thanks in advance

P.S, sorry if there was already a thread...its tough to do a search because I am on a phone

i've used it for a few things. never liked it much. seemed to be more of a mess than anything. go with the dynamat.

Thats the best info on sound deadeners on the net. I am going with second skin damp-pro when i do my car. I did my truck in mostly dynamat and it made a HUGE difference. Doors, floor, ceiling, everything. not cheap, nor easy, but well worth it.

go dynamat. if you ever watch any car show and seen them building the car from start to finsh they use dynamat.

Dynamat will get pricey bad will also work very well.

Looks like I will stick with the dynamat. I do appreciate the replies...even if this may have been covered somewhere before
...Hopefully I'll get the dynamat, along with some neons(accenting the subs/my rear seat cutout) by the end of the summer

thats because its sold almost everywhere.

there are other dampeners out there that are just as good if not better then dynamat and they are cheaper.

look at the link i posted a little farther up. it compares all the dampeners available.
