i know that there are modules made for this that work in conjusction with remote start systems. look on DEI's website. probably find something there.

"Squint" is on point with Directed electronics. I'm a Master Installer and that will work great UNLESS you have a faulty PATS system. It really depends on what it is you want it disabled for. If you just want to run non-fob'd keys or a starter button then you can always disassemble your steering column (sounds harder than it is),

1:
wrap an extra Fob'd key with unshielded copper wire, then wrap the same copper wire around the lock cylinder and that should work, NOT as a disable but as an always enabled fix.

2: DEI's pats Bypass module. They do HAVE to be programed for your year and model. BestBuy is a good place to start. They have the modules and can program them for you. Some installers wont do it. (mostly because the're idiots) If you strike out there go to a custom audio install shop.

Of course the BEST way is to find a tuner in you area and have him turn off the PATS. Thats cheaper than buy a handheld.

I don't get my Mustang runing. Car start and spark comes, but there is no power on camshaft position sensor and -> no puse on injectors, is that cause PATS is On ??
It is Flood car and I 'm rebuilt it new engine and change PCM ecu , GEM and Instrument cluster, all parts are used and cluster is different car. So how I can bypass PATS ??
What tuner I can disable PATS ?? ,Or is only way get car running built it some aftermarket fuel system like MegaSquirt ??

I' want get it running and drive it, Please help me !!

Regards Jani

I must be just really tired cause that was the hardest post i've ever tried to read....

If your car is a 99 or newer it has two separate areas that has PATS. The ECU and the Cluster are both connected to the Key fob.

You need to have a tuner turn off the PATS system. plain and simple, that's your final answer.
