yep all u need is to find the wire that sends the power to the above lights and tap that for urs and it will turn on and off with those

It either has 2, or 3 wires. Ground, Constant 12volt, and Remote 12volt. You will want to tap into the Remote (switch wire) if it has that, if not, then the Constant 12volt power wire. Some trial and error would be my course of action.

easiest way is going to be getting a 12v source to the + wire for your lights (fused of course). and running the (-) wire to the door switches. you know the little button in the door jam that pushes in when the door shuts. all that thing does it complete a circuit by supplying a ground when the door is open. if you can't find that button/switch thing, you may have to take the light down and see which wire you need to tap in to. or even run a wire up to the light and tie into it there. but make sure you tie the (-) wire from the under-dash lights into the (-) wire that supplies ground to the dome light. or, you'll be blowing LED's and popping fuses.
