SBF Engine GT40 302 5.0

I have a GT40 shortblock with a broke crank. There is nothing wrong with the block, pistons or rods. I have a new ford racing crank with new bearings, new roller lifters and a new ford racing "E" cam. When I say new they have not been used the parts are still in the box unopened. The shortblock was checked after the breakage and like I said the rest is fine also there is no wear on the block(no ring groove). I think it only had like 40K miles on. I also have some 95 GT heads that need cleaning and the rest of the valve train(rockers pushrods web lifter keepers head bolts etc).
$450obo for everything listed. The crank, lifters and cam were more than that.
