focus code p1237

what could be causeing this problem, first the car wouldnt start but it was dripping fuel under the car. the car sat a few weeks till i changed the timing belt and when i went to start the car, it woldnt start unless i poured some fuel into the intake manifold then i would burn off that fuel then die, i checked the ecu and i got (P1237 Fuel Pump Secondary circuit fault ) what does this mean? any one help please. thanks.....

i checked my codes. Its the fp driver module. ?fuse?
