clicking noise from engine when starting HELP!!!

I have a 1999 mustang with 163,000 miles Ive never had any problems but recently when I start the car from cold it will click loud then go away after and minute or so. The clicking noise seems to be coming from the top of the engine by the exhuast manafold. If I dont let it warm up and just drive when I push the gas it will click only when I push the gas. What could it be?

You might need a few applications.

I tried the seafoam and It runs alot better now. But that noise is still there when I start the engine up. Could it be a gasket? It almost sounds like air is pushing out on the back side of the exhaust manifold. I dont see any cracked hoses.

it maybe a rod knocking. the bearings may need to be replaced.
