Best performance?

Just wondering...which do you guys consider to be the best performing motor oil out there? I of course have heard horrible things about Pennzoil, but I'm a Castrol guy. Anything I don't know that I should?

people have done tests proving that royal purple will increase horse power numbers to the wheel just cause it reduces friction so much
