probe rotating assembly???


how are they? are they good quality? how much power would it support. im looking for 550 with supercharger and around 650 with nos. i would prolly just go with a built shortblock from mmr, because i would have to worry about anything. but any help would be a great help Stage 3 Motorsports 1996-08 Mustang GT 4.6L Forged Rotating Assembly - 10.5 Dished Pistons

The forged pistons, rods, & crank should be good up to about 800hp.
Be sure to balance with your flywheel/flexplate and harmonic balancer.
Use good quality rings like Sealed Power plasma-moly or similar.
Also make sure the valve train can handle the RPM you will be turning.

do you know the quality of the kit??? and is it a good compression for a turbo? o yea and is 373 good for a turbo because im getting 373 next week

Probe stuff is pretty good quality and forging makes thing tougher.
Depending on pressure, a turbo will raise CR 1-2 points.
At 9.3 with stock heads that's 11.3:1.
That should run on 91 octane pump gas but watch for pinging.

o ring heads, or block deck, and use head studs...use correct heat range spark plugs...

so how is it a high compresion ratio with stock heads??? that kit wont get my cr to like 8.5-9?

I'm also looking at this. I want to run a supercharger with my nitrous, are forged internals all I need?
