Turbocharged or Supercharged?

I am wanting to get some hellacious torque out of me car and i cant decide if i want to turbo charge or super charge my car. What would be the the better and more efficient way? I have a 4v 351 cleveland in a 95 mustang. If i can turbo charge it which is what im leaning towards then what is it gonna take or would i be better off getting a super charger?

Turbo charging is more efficient but I don't think there are any off the shelf kits out there. There are guys on the forum below that have done it with good results.
Do a search for turbo here:

turbos you can get more hp out of them with less boost BUT they are harder to tune, harder to install and require a hell of a lot of piping! and S/Cs are becoming more and more efficient these days and you can find a complete kit for you car for about 4,000! they are easier to install and tune and you can always find kits specifically made for your car! a turbo you would be doing a lot of your own fabrication. either one though will put a big grin on your face the 1st time you drive it! lol

so S/C
Easier to install
Complete kit (everything you need)
Easier to tune
no waiting for it to spool up

Turbo
more hp with less boost

Turbo will give you the torque you are looking for.you should contact Ponydown or BG probably could make you a set of turbo headers.check out Turbomustangs.com for more info on turbos and kits there are some very knowledgeable people on there to help you out.

Yep its a cleveland, not a windsor. I didn't want a windsor. They cant take the punishment that a cleveland can.
