Trickflow


i have a 1993 f150 with a 5.0 and it has about 250,000 miles on it
i was thinking about purchasing the trick flow track heat kit but im not sure of what cam to get i want it to lope out the ass. i have catalatic converters on with with a gay ass glasspack could any1 help me out i was gonna get a big cam but i dont want to run into valve issues. how much hp should i get out of it. i want it to lope like a mean as cobra at idle or a drag mustang but with exhaust system

Do you want it to make horsepower or just "lope out the ass"?
