No Oil Pressure Fresh Rebuild


I Just Built My 4.6 The Shortblock Is 100% All New Except Block Itself N When I Turn It Over To Prime It Im Not Gettin Any Oil Pressure On The Stock Gauge Or Also A Manual Gauge I Tied Into The Sending Unit ..help Pleasee I Really Dont Wanna Have To Pull This Motor Out Again...OR ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP OUT ALOTT

Pull the distributer & turn the oil pump manually
Is the hex shaft in good condition?
Pull a valve cover to see if oil is comming up.

there is no distributor on a modular motor.

Just fire it up after you have cranked it for like a minute with the plugs undone.

We expect shit to break, look foward to realizing exactly when it is happening, and than obsess about dropping plenty of cash to rebuild stronger, so we can try to run it hard as hell and break again. We are sick individuals.

i did this exactly the next morning after alot of frustration n she fired right up n had plenty of oil pressure 63 lbs to be exact lol
