SLP
Hey, I have a 96 Gt and im thinking about going with SLP for my exhaust. Does anyone have SLP in their stang? Would you recommend them? Thanks

I'm in the same boat you are. I'm trying to decide between the SLP loudmouth or the Magnaflow magnapacks. I've heard the magnapacks of my friends '02 GT with a O/R X pipe and they sound perfect, but I see alot of people on here talking about the SLP loudmoth exhaust and how deep they sound. I've never heard them in person but I've heard some sound bites that sound great and others that sound like crap. I'm at a cross roads lol

I've hear and seen alot of guys here talk good things about SLP.
Long tube and o/r H pipe will give you a really good deep sound.

Ya I've heard good things from people on this site about SLP too, thats why I figured I'd start this. If I'm going to spend like $1,000 or so on my exhaust I REALLY want to like it you know? lol Money doesn't come that easy:p

mmm.!!...i had LM I before,and switched em out for inspections,rite now i have the LM2 and they dont compare..sure they sound great and have good volume but i love the balls out LOUDness the LM I offer..LM I are going back on my stang this coming weekend,hehe!! |

Just installed a SLP Loudmouth catback on my 2003 Mach1. Was going to install it myself but when I found out Midas would do it for $84 bucks hell I just let them do it. Took it to them just as they opened in the morning. No other customers were there and four mechanics worked on it. Finished it in fourty minutes. Enough of that..you asked if anyone had an SLP...Well all I can say is now my Mach sounds like a Mach, and believe it or not its a bit quicker. Best bolt on I have did...Go SLP you'll be happy you did.... P.S. It's LOUD not for a weak EAR.... :award
