Where could I find the regs for my state? Virginia, sorry if this is a dumb question.

I'd like to have a nice set-of H pipes ( I hear they have the best... "deepest" sound) and just wanted to know exaclty what I need...)

if you want it to pass state inspection you need to keep your cats or replace with a catted h-pipe, also if your vehicle was equipped with smog equipment it must retain it by federal law, some portions of VA are subject to emissions testing. are you looking for information regarding noise pollution?
