With a prochamber, it will sound awesome. It's all about the midpipe. The loudmouths are loud. The midpipe will change the exhaust note. I've never heard a raspy SLP loudmouth. How do you make a v8 engine raspy? In no way will they sound ricey.

I have an off road x pipe with slp loudmouth resonators and people always give me great feedback. its on an 03 gt but im sure it would sound great on a V6. especially after 2000 rpms.

not true, a lot of systoms that sound good on a gt sound like ass on a v6. examples of this r loud mohts, borla, bassine, pypes. it is because the v6's have enven fiering engens, as aposed to the gt's which have an odd fiering order.

so if you change the fireing order with cams... can a sixxer actually sound good?

i cant stand slp loudmouths at all. no tone and just rubbish. theyre way too loud. they are not even mufflers they are resonators. they will attract all kinds of negative attention, and if your car is not fast, why does it need to be loud. to me, loudmouths 1 and 2 both sound like dump trucks. if you want something loud that will have a good tone go with something like spintech or bassani.
