***Stock Catless Midpipe***

How effective would a stock midpipe be if i chopped the cats and welded in straight pipe. i was plannin on pulling one off a car at the mustang ranch and making on offroad pipe. I know most aftermarket's are 2.5" and the stock is like 2 or 2.25. How would this work?

It'd definitely make a sound difference. But you won't get the performance gains, or as good sound of you were to get a after market pipe.
