Will I Lose Power?

i'm running jba shorty headers down to an xpipe.

the only thing is that from the xpipe back, my dual exhaust is straight pipes. i dont have any mufflers, just some tips.

will that affect my performance?

you will more than likely lose some bottom end torque, but will get hp gains on top.

honostly... i wouldnt suggest that. Have you ever heard a 4.6L 2V V8 without mufflers? sounds like complete garbage. It sounds nothing like a 302 or a 350 with open headers (which sound pretty badass IMO). But if you want it CRAZY loud and for it to sound like you ran over a screamin possom, then go right ahead haah

no you will gain more low end power and lose top end

you will gain more torque, we tested to see if it was true or not on my buddies 01GT

its quite noticable to
