On my 2000 GT, I have shorty headers, a catted X-pipe, and a cat back...

I want to go back to a o/r x or h-pipe, But how do I know what all will fit?
I believe my mid pipe right now is magnaflow, (not sure) But will a mac, or pipes o/r X or H pipe fit my setup???

any regular mid pipe for your car should fit. a shorty mid pipe will not fit.
