Gauging Interest
I am thinking about picking up a few OEM ford badges, changing the color of the emblem and reselling them for a little bit of extra cash in my spare time. I dont want to waste my time and money, so I figured I would see how much interest is out there for a custom color "blue" oval. You don't even have to comment if you don't want to, just vote if anything please.

I stick to my vote. Very subtle, but different. It looks good! Of course I would request different colors because one color wouldn't match all vehicles necessarily

Edit: Nvm
And I could do what ever color you wanted.

I think those look pretty damn good. I would not want one becuase it still has chrome on it though. All of my emblems are color matched to the car. If one could be done in MG and all the chrome black, or vice versa, I would buy it.

im gonna modify my vote, silver and black look alright, red looks like something from an old ford, but i dont think it would look good on a stang, just would stand out too much.

Well the chrome part is actually easy to paint. I did it to a stock blue one and it looked really good!! If i still had it i would take pics and post them. But yeah i am going with the black and silver theme so if i got a silver one i would paint the chrome black as well!! I think one with a REAL carbon fiber insert would look really good to?! So does somebody make these already? Where can i get a silver one??

voted for option 3 and the silver would look good if all the chrome was painted black

Red would def stick out on your car. I think a dark greyinsh/silver like your rims and gas door would look great!!
![]() A brushed aluminum look would look cool as well!! A silver ford emblem with a black chrome outer would be HOTTNESS!!! |

I could probably do it, doesnt seem to hard. Just trial and error.
It might cost a little more. I was thinking about doing a common one (as pictured above) for like $25 or $20 with your current badge as replacement, or $35 without it (core charge).

I think it looks really nice, and I think other people would like these, I just don't do aesthetic mods.
