I also need new bulbs in the headlights.. H1 & H3.. I'm thinking yellow (JDM H1s), but I keep reading they are not DOT approved? what's the deal, I really want to increase visaiblity (especially in the rain), it would be nice to have somethign different.. anyone have any feedback on yellow/blue/high white lights, and dealing with "DOT not-approved"??

What's the deal?

Ok, so i got a 4 in. cowl hood for my 90 notch, but it hasnt been painted yet. And there is a guy who lives near me who has an extended 4 in. for his 90, and he wants to do a straight up trade. I kinda like the way the extended cowls look, but then i would have to do away with the windshield wipers. Even though its a weekend car and probably wouldn't be driven much in the rain. What do ya'll think i should do? Keep it, or trade.:dunno

I have a single 12" MTX in a non ported box, it's a tight fit but it goes in. I had to take the carpet, spare tire, and jack out, put the sub in, and then put every back in in reverse order. Right now it's velcro'd to the floorboard, but now the entire floor of the trunk slides around, which is fairly annoying. I'm thinking if I can velcro the top of the sub to the top of the trunk as well, it may fix it... just wondering what everyone else did to secure the subwoofer lol

I have a vert so the back seats don't fold...

Hello all! Im interested in getting some new tail lights for the stang and wanted to get some in put. I have a sequencer modual that i want to use in conjunction with them (it is solid state so differences in amps and volts wont effect the flash rate, i also have an electronic flasher relay installed.). I found these on ebay 94-98 FORD MUSTANG EURO LED BLACK TAIL LIGHTS LAMP 95:eBay Motors (item 260505523298 end time Nov-21-09 22:31:57 PST) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-98-FORD-MUSTANG-EURO-LED-BLACK-TAIL-LIGHTS-LAMP-95_W0QQitemZ260505523298QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item3ca756d462) and wanted to know if anyone has them. If so do you like them and do all the lights flash or is it just the outside two like the stock setup.

Also does anyone have any pictures of some wide angle led bulb replacements installed in the stock housings? I like see what it looks like. I want whatever i get to light up the whole housing, not just a dot in the center.

I took this on as my first real project on the stang. A little ricerish, but it looks great in person. A few mishaps slowed me down but I wanna thank wraith for getting my all the info I needed to get the job done.

Basically I took out the accessory port on the center console, replaced it with a switch, ran the wiring from there to the footwells (under the cupholders and around the shifter), and used the power/ground wires from the accessory port.

Pretty clear path of where I was going to run the wires:
Image: http://i824.photobucket.com/albums/zz164/mcqueenpker/1113091428.jpg
Where accessory port used to be:

Drivers side:

Passangers side:

I'm quite happy with it and can't wait to get started on something else (preferably a mod that will give my sixxer a little more power instead though :P)

I was tired of the dull factory paint on the inside of the wheels so I decided to paint them. I used body color(vapor) base coat/clear cloat, they turned out really good. If I can get better pics in the sunlight I'll post em. My hope is that the glossy smooth suface will stay cleaner and be easier to clean.
