Absolutely no response for nearly two weeks, despite multiple communications.

Someone suggested BBR, so I gave them a shot. Chris picked up on the first call, talked to me about what I wanted, and was very nice. The tune was in my inbox 2 1/2 hours later!

Later when I had a problem loading the tune to my old Xcal2, he walked me through some diagnostics that turned out to be the need for a firmware update.

When I called to see what was going on, they told me that the parts were discontinued. Two weeks after that, they still did not refund my credit card charges. I have bought online before and based on my experience, if an item is unavailable you should not be able to purchase it. I asked this company how they can accept my money and not send me anything? They did not respond. Has anyone here dealt with Stage 3? I ordered my parts over a month ago and they did not arrive.
