I don't know how soon it will be going down but I wanted to get a feeler on if anyone would be interested in doing a head/powertrain swap with me. I may be required to commute to Raleigh on the weekdays.

I have many questions about owning a Stang in NC.

I have been told that Harnett County doesn't require emissions testing, is this true?

I will be starting on with Raleigh PD so I'm not too worried about cops but either way how are they about modded mustangs out there?

Does anyone know of any good shops (tuning, as I do my own install work usually) around Harnett County, the Triangle or inbetween?

How is the theft rate around those areas?
