Can someone tell me why AM doesn't put non-positive reviews (not even neutral) reviews of the products they sell on their website...

I've spent over $5000 within the last 2 months with these guys to find out some of the shit they sell is junk (a few things, less than 5%) and would have really appreciated if there were reviews that were honest, in favor of the customer, not the vendors... Isn't that what they're there for?

I know this is a fact, because I posted negative reviews for the products that sucked ass, and they were never approved...

AMNick, you're a good guy, but that's a real shitty business practice...

Makes me wanna reconsider the $2200 order that won't ship until Monday or Tuesday....

I absolutely love the site. Been shopping there since I was 16 with my 98 v6 Mustang back when the site was Mustang Tuning. Now I'm 21, and on my third Mustang, and honestly I'm a little sad.

I'm sad because I don't really have a selection of parts to purchase from the site for my Cobra. Yes, their is the irs brace, but I'm going with a SRA, and there is the carbon fiber RAI from JLT that I will purchase, but no pulleys, exhaust, cams, heads, superchargers, etc for us 4v guys. I would love to keep spending my money with you guys, but it's a little limited on what I can purchase.

I wish i could remember the name of the guy i spoke to, but I cant remember who it was. Anyways about a month or so ago I ordered a factory GT grill for a V6 S197 I was working on at my job, and when it arrived one of the tabs that held in the passenger fog light was broke off and the driver side was about to fall off. This was obviously a problem that happened during production, cause you sould see where the tabs attached to the grill was just not right. So it wasnt American Muscle's fault at all. I called them up right away, and I was helped by the nicest customer service rep i have dealt with, and ive dealt with a bunch of them. I told him my problem, and he immediatly said im gonna ship you a new one this day. He didnt question anything, which was really nice, cause sometimes you get services reps that want to argue with you. He also emailed me a pre-paid shipping label to send the broken part back to them. The replacement part showed up extremely fast, and it was in perfect condition.

So i just wanted to share my story dealing with AM. I was very pleased with my business with you guys, and will be using you again in the future.
