Changing spark plugs - Location help

Hey guys. Im going to have my plugs replaced next week by a shop in my home town. I need to tell my rents (the ones who are going to pay for the change as an early xmas gift) what the shop can expect for work. Mainly they need to know if the engine needs to come out to access the plugs or not. How much of the engine needs to come off before the fuel rails are accessible?

heres a pic of the engine!
Image: http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l190/lavitadimusica/IMG_3900.jpg

highlighted are the plugs... correct?

My question is what do you guys think is a good price and also what should I look for to see if it was well taken care of or just beat.

so i have a 99 cobra and its got pretty much every bolt on possible except pullies for now. im about to put a 4.10 in it to liven it up a bit but i dont want to blow my irs setup. i was thinking bullitflow irs brace and front and rear bushings but i thought id take a few opinions from the pros. my questions are 1. are pulleys even worth getting? and 2. how much of a difference should i be seeing going from a 3.27 rear end to a 4.10. thanks guys!! btw heres a vid of it with the slp loudmouth 1's before i switched them out with magnaflows for the people who are wondering what loudmouths sound like. my hair is also alot shorter now hahaha;)

Hey guys I got a pretty much stock 1998 SVT Cobra. It has Cooper ZR1 Tires on the front, and i forget whats on the rear but there decent. I Just recently had a Zoom Racing clutch put into it double sided kevlar. I have a question about it, It vibrates while letting it out does anybody know why is that normal? And I'm going to be putting a Pro shifter 5.0 short throw, and a SCT Tuner(preloaded). SLP Loudmouth 1 Catback, SLP Shorty X Pipe(catted), SLP Coated long tube headers, JLT CAI. Anybody have any of these or friends with these mods if so let me know what you think and if i'll see a huge gain.

03 Cobra Throwing Codes

My Cobra has 57K miles on it and its running good. I still have to replace the air filter but I sprayed the IAC and throttle body so its idling a little better now. Ive got a check engine light which after owning three of these things doesnt surprise me at all. These engines throw codes if the wind blows. Obviously im not a mechanic, so I dont have a diagnostic machine, and I dont know when Ill be able to get it plugged in but until then I wonder if someone who has one of these could tell me what it might be. It runs on 93, daily driven, synthetic oil changes done regularly, everything else under the hood has been there since the car was made. I drive it mildly and it hard shifts obviously with stop-go traffic and 35 mph speed limits but I open it up whenever I can. I planned on getting rid of this car this year but I may have to keep it for another year with the way banks are these days, so i wanna keep it running good. Help appreciated. Thanks
