I need some help from a mod or admin or someone w/ power.

There are two announcement that I tried to look at: "Only 116 Voters?!?! Come on MM!!" and "New Rules For Selling Items On Modded Mustangs - READ."

When I click on them to read them I get the following message:

03SonicBoom, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: 1) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? 2) If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What's the problem here? How am I suppose to read these new rules for selling if I can't see the page? Can I get this fixed?

I posted this one other time so I know I'm not the only one and nothing happened. If you want people to follow rules on this site, you really need to allow them to read them.

i think this is an ongoing problem with a few people. both the announcements are directing u to certain threads in particular sections: 1) ROTM for the ride of the year voting, and 2) telling u that we changed the rules for selling which can be found at the top of any classifieds section.
