Little info

Well, on about Jan 30th 2009 it came to my attention that I have been paying Hayes media the monthly vendor fee for MM all along when in fact he was no longer the owner of MM. These were automatic monthly payments. Apparently he hasnt owned MM since last year. I must have missed that memo. Anyway, I contacted a site moderator, who put me in touch with a site administrator. I sent this person a email with all the proof of my payments to Hayes media since April of last year right up until January. He said he would try to recover those funds from Hayes media and would be in touch.

I never heard anything back until this evening when I received an email telling my that it had come to MM's attention that there was no record of me ever paying to be a vendor and that i needed to contact them by monday or my priviledges would be suspended. I was in New Jersey when i got this email on my blackberry.

I come back tonight only to find my PM box has disapeared and it does not say authorized vendor under my name. Nor can i see anyones sig's? including my own? Im not sure if this is a site issue, or just my priviledges suspendend. I didnt know sigs were vendor priviledges.

Anyway, i had 6 PM's. I get a email on my blackberry when i get a PM. Now i can not access them. So if i fail to respond or forget about a conversation we were in the middle of I apologize.

So until monday, when and if I get this straightened out, if you PM'ed me or need me, please email or call me.

Well, I notified them about it. It didnt come to their attention, I brought it to their attention 3 months ago.

Anyway a phone call could have fixed it immediatley or as their email stated it could have been fixed easy enough monday morning.

Anyway. You guys know how to reach me.

Just a big company issue. Someone going through some books and sees that there is no record of me.

Im still confused as to how it happened to begin with. And frankly why Hayes Media just allowed my money to go into his paypal for 10 months.

I mean he must have sold the site right after I became a vendor. I think there were like 7 vendors at the time? could be wrong, i know there are a lot more now. The site has grown a lot in the last year for sure.

No i dont even have a pm box. No link to look at my pm's. which i had 491 of them saved.

Yea i emailed them to somebody on jan 30. Basically, the payment wouldnt go through in Jan, so i call hayes, he said, i dont own that site anymore, so i pmed a mod, and then a admin who called me and ask for the statement and i sent it to him. I forwarded that email to the lady that emailed me tonight.

My forum is still up, so i guess im just in a semi time out.
