all i can do is...

i guess i can simplify this some more...
- i gave a warning, thats just the way it is. its like arguing with an umpire..the more you argue the farther you get in the hole.
- its just a warning, it has zero effect on a users standing as a member
- the post was a useless post to an old thread even if it wasn't several pages back
- just dont do it again

Actually it is a rule, and its under moderator discretion to give a warning or not. End of story.

I'm not trying to put salt in wounds here, but I checked the visual section, and I had to go to page 39 before I got to May of '08. So the excuse of being on page 1 doesn't hold much water.

And also, it was just a warning.

I've never been past page 2 in any forum, let a lone page 39. heh. ..

Looking through it, I had clicked on a link that someone posted that was on the first page. Apologies all around.

Not that it matters, I wasn't complaining about the warning as it was fully legit.

I was just offering a different way to do things.
