Change username

So i made my name, but now am really regretting it, i want to make it more personal, not about my car, and what year it is. I sent a "Contact Us" email but got nothing. Wondering if anyone knows how to change your name, or how to delete an account, so i can redo with the same email. Mods if you can give me any info too, that would help alot.
