Multiple Email Notifications Regarding a Single Post

For several weeks now, I have been occasionally getting 2 or 3 emails regarding one post in a thread I'm subscribed to, but it hasn't really bothered me. However, today there was a single post in one thread that gave me 8 emails and in another thread a single post gave me 17 emails, which is kind of funny, but also a little annoying. Is anyone else having this kind of problem?

I was wondering if it has something to do with the multi-posting that has been going on

Yep, I was having the same problem yesterday. A single response to one thread would kick at least 8 emails to my blackberry...

yup, me too, i'd get 15 emails for one response.
