Unexpected downtime

Sorry for the downtime (about 2 hours), the server encountered some load issues and had to be kicked in the face. It's better now.

It's all good. I had to get another heater core for my brother's 06 v6 today. He replaced it 4 months ago (a full day job) and his new aluminum one broke again- so we got him a copper core heater core. What a PITA heater cores are.

Today, I built a bicycle (mosh royal ** aluminum frame, crupi handlebars, 3 piece grips, chromoly forks, clipless pedals on a 2pc 44-tooth crank, sun ringle z19 wheels with race tires, and a stronger brake lever by tektro and a new stainless braided cable) this bike is about 18-19 lbs. and if I dont take it back to the track, I will built up my Schwinn Mesa II mountain bike.

Heh, that sounds fun. On another note, the server will be down sometime tonight or tomorrow for (hopefully) just a few minutes while some parts get replaced.

Joe, server down like early morning or what?

I will be taking exams tomorrow from 8a-1p... I just finished up rebuilding my schwinn mesa mountainbike a minute ago. I removed the kickstang, reflectors on bike and pedals, put on a new shimano crank arm, equaled out my rox shox, and i dont think i will put clipless pedals on it- i might have to bail when going through trails... biking is so much more affordable than racing cars lol.

The datacenter is in Virginia, it's managed by a network operations center so I'm one someone else's schedule. I was only given a timeframe of between tonight and tomorrow. Since this isn't an emergency, they'll just get to it when they can.

The work was completed last night, server was down from 11:15pm to 1:35am. Actually, this is a completely new server. I'm glad too, because it's been a headache the last 30 days or so with the occasional load problems.

Damn ppls! Sorry, just email me if theirs a problem. It was related to the server move, since I didn't initiate the move myself the database wasn't properly closed, so there were some invalid sessions that had to ble cleared. It's fixed now.

It sucks, the site was probably down for 24 hours and it was a 15 second fix...
