Cant post without getting this message

At work they just upgraded our internet again, why idk cause the old version worked great but now every 3 out of 5 times I try to post I get this message...

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Then if I try to hit the back button I get the

Bad request

You made a request that the server doesn't understand.

How do I fix this, its something out IT guys did with this upgrade.

Thanks but Im sure its something on our end cause I never had a problem till the upgrade. IT guys and their better ideas for you.

I'll look into it for you for sure. This happened before to some users and all they did was restart their computer and re-login. But yea I'll find out whatever I can for you!

Thanks, I tired restarting my computer but it still hit and miss posting.
