Argueing

I am sorry, but I am sick and tired of everyone arguing with each other! If some body doesn completely agree 100 on an opinion it becomes a fricken war! I really dont know what could be done or anything, but I am sick and tired of it almost to the point where I am going to leave. I agree that some people have diffences in opinions, but it seems that almost half if not more turn into wars over opinions!!! Thanks!

Matt,
This problem will occur where ever you go to on the net, its just either people are jealous or they think there better, we try to handle the problem as much as we can and keeping an eye on things, if you see any more arguing or wars etc, just report it to one of us moderators of the site and we'll see how we can resolve the situation.
Thanks,
MM Staff

You just have to let the stuff roll off of your back brah.

The sad thing is that people think the stuff that they put on their car is the best crap out there and think that they are an expert on things when they are not. I am pretty knowledgable, but hardly an expert. I will give you my experiences with the parts that I have used backed up with "some" proof. If you don't use the stuff I have used, then oh well. I can't say that I am offended.

I must say that for the most part, MM members are pretty well behaved. I have witnessed a few word wars but they were tame compared to others I have seen on other boards.

This is this least combative forum I've seen or been a part of and I like a good argument once and a while; I should just say it, I love to argue but I'm afraid I don't know enough about all these new cars to feel qualified for a tussle of words. I love to lambaste a sexual-intelectual! I have found though that most of the foul mouth verbage comes from those with an age or IQ under 18.

Post script: Don't be offended under 18's if your IQ tempers your age and your a good kid! ( at my age anyone under 30 is a KID!lol

This site is great compared to others. Quite a few have let their membership be treated like shit by moderators ,and have lost a ton of people .(Modular Depot)

Most the people I see up here are goofing off and talking about cars ,babes and beer. And isnt that what its all about ?

Mod Stangs does a great job of letting their members be an adult first and a member second.

Another words ,they let you talk ,post and argue like adults unless it gets blatantly personal or over the line. Thats how a site should be run. Members tend to moderate themselves when they are part of a community they enjoy.

A couple other sites Ive been on,rule with an iron fist and just tell you "oh you cant talk about that " . And the most important misuse of power is that they wont let you post pics of boobies !

Overall I would say this forum is about average for flame wars, or whatever you want to call it. Once in a while more is let go than I would like to see, but on the other hand, I enjoy the overall lack of censorship here. So it's a fine line between keeping arguing down & becoming a place where you can't say a bad word like poop. At the end of the day it's up to Joe & his team as to what gets deleted and what stays.
I have forums I go to where they keep everything perfectly clean, and that is fun too, not better than here, just different. Then I have other forums where it's nothing but immature jackoffs insulting each other. Then I have this place here, which for me, is a perfect balance of good people, great cars, tech info, fun ball busting, and freedom to pretty much say what's on your mind.
