 You need to use the different sizes. Not the main pic. Actions>view all sizes then pic one of them and right click to grab the url. I think it has something to do with the copyright stuff that flickr uses.

Yea, embedding Flickr pictures are a pain in the ass. Photobucket makes it easy.
