burnout box issue?

when i go into the BB theres two threads titled "the most hated personality on MM" and "dont be another whitefang". both of these threads are polls from 2008 and the newest post in both are also from 2008, but theyre both on the top of the 1st page and it says that the last post was from yesterday in both of them?

had the samething happen to me, only thing I came up with is that someone voted in the poll but didnt post

Votes bump threads. If it's a serious concern to you, use the reporting tool (the yield sign looking thing) and ask for the thread to be closed.
