Loading Avatars, im going insane.

Ive tried countless times to get an avatar up but for some reason the damn thing wont load. It always says its not the correct filetype even tho it is, i have different versions from all the attempts im trying to make. Ive hosted the picture on Imageshack which works fine everywhere else but wont work here. Maybe im using the wrong or and uncompatable webhosting site, any suggestions of a site i could use or how i can get my avatar up? ive also resized my image with a program called Ifranview so i know the file size and fileKP stuff is within the limits. Please help im going insane lol.

outstanding...it works there but not in avatar...im doing somthing wrong.

hmmm possibly my craptastic internet being so slow it times out uploads/downloads sometimes. But thanks for helping me out i smiled instantly when i finished another post and noticed it up there
