creating a page in garage

Not sure if im doing something wrong or not. Im trying to set up my page in the garage and where it lets me select year, make, model. I can only select year and the other boxes don't let me select anything and remain blank. Not sure how to fix that.

Never heard of this problem before try it again but. You select your year right and the other boxes just remain blank how fast of internet connection are you using. Because i used to have the same problem on ebay with my dial up
