Fix / Add More Smileys - DONE

Have Sex More Often
Ordering System For Decals and Other Fun Stuff
Get All Moderators Back In Place - DONE
Underground Forum (Maybe) - DONE
Kiddie Pool (Maybe)

Vb garage is only avalible for 3.5, a version for 3.6.x is yet to release.

I'll bump it to 550 x 125, I don't think it needs to be any bigger else it'll clutter up the forum IMO.

I have to agree with Joe...

Im happy with the size limits...

Leaves the forums clean...

Although there are a couple people that still have huge sigs...
