Definitely not an SRT-4. I can see he's got the SXT front clip.

I know my Neons.

But I'm torn on that one. I can't tell if he's really a retarded ricer, or if he did some sort of ridiculous RWD swap on it. It's always hard to tell on those kind of cars.

He has the Corvette style exhaust that comes out right behind the front tire and comes all the way down the body to the rears where it exits. You can see some of it here.

I think it is just rice... I would believe it was actually something if it had some Welds or something one it.
I'm almost positive it isn't a RWD car unless its got an IRS or something... Look at the suspension a little closer.

I noted both of those.

But those ARE NOT the stock lower control arms, so that's what lead me to believe something more is going on back there. Exactly what I'm not sure, but he certainly put some time and effort into modifying it.

He's either a genius with a ridiculous sleeper, or a retard with a riced out piece of crap.

I almost got busted yesterday.

Walking out of Walmart I spot a real gem, a Grand Prix covered in stuck on fake chrome pieces, 12" spoiler, fart can, and stick on hoodscoop.

Just as I flip out my phone and say "Oh man, I need to get a picture of this fuckin' ricer." I spin around to see some douche with a sideways hat unlock the car. I try to walk away as nonchalant as possible and he tears out of there, chirping the tires in his piece of crap.

He also frequents the gas station on the corner so I'm going to try and catch him.
