Door weather stripping

My 2000 gt has a leak in the driver's door. However, I can't find or see a tear in it. I am going to replace it anyway, since I've already picked one up and hope that I missed something. Is there anything special that I should know, such as do I need some more of those plastic clips or some sort of adhesive. It doesn't look as if there is any adhesive on there now. Could that be the problem? Thanks for the help.

you shouldn't need any adhesive. just take off the old one and work the new one on with a tight seal.

So, there's no sealant or anything?

There is no sealant on it. It just fits in a channel and you can switch the plastic clips to the new one.

They are very easy to do, you wont have any problem at all.
