Some help me cause im mad and i need answers...
okay so today i wanted to put in a new headunit for my 2001 mustang gt i was busy so i took it to a shop to do it and when i got it back it sounded like shit and there was no bass it sounded like someone blew my speakers but idk it sounded bad someone give me advice or tell me what they did wrong...oh yeah once i heard it sounded like shit i put the old stock one on and it too sounded like shit
 i am taking it back to them tomorrow to see what they think...

and the fact that this is posted in car detailing lol.
i too have had this issue. you aren't by chance using an ipod are you? if so, you might want to adjust the eq's on the ipod and find the sound you're looking for. that's what i had to do.

Do you know anything about wiring? Pull the unit and check their wiring. Type of shop did you take it to? Actually... scratch that. Don't touch a thing until you bring it back to them. They messed it up, make them fix it. If you go touching stuff then they'll try to say you messed things up. Just bring it back in. And in the future, make time to do it yourself!
