Question

Engine Bay Paint Touch Up

My engine bay paint got scratched up from my nitrous lines and I'm trying to figure out how to touch it up. The problem is that it's the cheap, flat yellow looking OEM paint and touch up paint doesn't match it. Any suggestions?

Get a body shop to mix you up some base coat. That way it will be flat due to the lack of clear.

Its usually pretty cheap too. I get touch up paint from a local body shop for 13 bucks for a half pint, all basecoat. But some places wont mix less than a quart.

thats some funny shit and true sad to say haha im mexican and italian (not all of us are cheap though).... but like you stated it would look like a cheap mexican did it .... i think you should go to a shop to have it done that way it turns out the best, since your mustang is nicely kept.
