I bought meguires wax cleaner, do i need to polish after or just wax after i use it?

You mean Meguiar's Cleaner Wax. A cleaner wax has fillers. It 'cleans' the surface. Unless you are using a polisher there is no need to 'polish'.

You don't need to wax after using a cleaner wax... because its a wax, your car is waxed.

I would suggest you go with something like Meg's Gold Class wax instead.
