Another reason I don't order from them unless I need to. Is because I constantly hear they screw up orders man and you have to wait another week for your products until they ship your shit out.

This is a first for me...

I don't order from them alot anymore. But the BOGO on the MFs was a good deal, and I wanted to try out this detail spray and compare to Slick. I bet you it is not as good tho, we shall see. It claims to have polymer properties.

the Blue MF towels was not AG fault..the 6pack of them was NOT on bogo..only the pack. you would have had to order 2 3packs to get 12.

However, in the past, I have done this and it worked. Once they had the squeeze bottles 3pack BOGO. I purchased a 6 pack, got 12. I assumed it would still work that way. I seem to have been mistaken.

I called them and presented my case, and the manager agreed to ship out 6 of the towels with my next order, I just have to put a not in the order.

Plan: Order another 3 pack bogo, Dodo juice detailing spray, 15% off coupon, and get the other 6 towels. Result: 18 towels and 2 bottles of the new detailing spray.

Speaking off, I used the spray on two body panels this morning (all I had time for) and it seems to have great promise. Its very thick, which I like about a detail spray... less scratch chance. Figured I would grab another bottle since its $10 atm.

I called them and that is the case. She told me they sent a note to the shipping dept, but not the billing. This would cause the invoice to not show them. I figured it would since when they sent me the 3qty Squeeze bottles I got an invoice that totaled $0.00 Lol.

I talked to a Penny there and she told me that if they were not there to call her back and she would take care of it.

So, all in all, they made ends meet.

Coming from the receiving end of this sort of thing more often than I would like -- because we are human after all -- it would be preferred to express your concerns with the customer service department first, and discuss it online only if you didn't get satisfaction, or perhaps to report a success story.

Granted, it would be ideal if every order were perfect from the start, but the intent with us and others such as AutoGeek is to always make the customer happy, and therefore you shouldn't feel otherwise... we're not out to jip anyone, and nobody really is, if you think about it. Even if it takes a little communication to make it so and to make up for human error (on the part of both parties it seems in this case)... and I don't really need to highlight that the purchaser needs to take some responsibility and question the details of a special offer if it is not clear.

I will say I'm a bit more willing to work with someone who's not making my life difficult, and that includes posting on forums about something that's not yet resolved and when I'm making every effort to take care of it, 110%.

Just my 2 cents.

Jim D.

I understand your points completely Jim, and I am making sure to note the way that AG is helping this matter along the way.

However, to me there is a difference between complaning about a company's actions and comments on your current situation about a company. Theres two ways to come off: Mad and pissed thinking they messed with you OR Dissapinted and simply commenting on whats going on, looking for insight/other's input.

You have worked with me in the past, and I would hope you know I would not bash any company that did not deserve it, and I am not saying AG deserves bashing in any form. I am not bashing AG here by any means. They have gone out of their way to fix the issue any way that they can.

I simply like to show this community here the entire process. In my opinion it shows that the company is willing to work with the customer over a length of time and not shurg them off after the first contact.

EDIT: I have updated this thread however to show that they did in fact make it right.
