Nano coatings
So Im thinking about switching to nano coatings instead of sealants and wax...
Which ones do you guys suggest? Danny, do you think Permanon is the best way to go? Thanks guys

Hey man I would go with Wolfs Chemicals Bodywrap its definitely worth it man. The gt is easier to clean now. You could also try Permanon Platinum over Bodywrap a friend of mine has PP over Cquartz and he says it helps out to keep his Lincoln clean. Ill try and post some links for you later since I'm replying on my cell right now ill get you some more detailed information on each along with a short review I wrote on bodywrap

Wow, I just watched a couple of vids of the beading/sheeting of the body wrap...looks like pretty badass stuff!
Danny, do you know anyone that has used the WC shine and seal followed by the body wrap? Their website suggests it...

I've always wanted to try Cquartz, but the last time I looked into it, there wasn't a US retailer. Who sells it now?

No man because Shine and Seal is not available in the US yet man just correct the finish then wash with zep after dry extremely well. Then do two non diluted ipa wipe downs after to prep the surface for bodywrap.

Gotcha...
I guess Ill get the BW, nano wash and nano QD...it says regular washes and QDs will make the coating less effective and have an effect the beading ability I think Im going to try out the nano glass sealant and nano rim sealant as well

What is the difference between aquartz and cquartz?
They both appear to be very similar...

To much shit to explain just know Avi the owner or Cquartz the Carpro brand worked for Aquartz but went on his own and made Cquartz. So both products are completly different. I would go with the Aquartz combo if you didnt want to go with Bodywrap. I personally had a bad experience with Cquartz but Avi recently told me it was reformulated so who knows its your choice on which coating you want to try

Does the bodywrap seem to repel dust? I think that's what I'm going to try.

It does a little man. If you want dust repellancy go with bodywrap and then top it with permanon platninum or just use the latter

No problem man hey I have an idea maybe we can see if phil is going to get PP soon since he posted it up on DB and if he doe he will have a presale or group buy and if he gets the liter of it maybe we can go half and half on it since its pricey :-)

Id be down for that, for sure. Tallk to Phil and let me know what he says!
I dont need it right away as Im getting the Wolfs Chemicals stuff for Christmas. I just detailed the car about a month ago and its just been sitting in the garage for the most part. I would just wait until I move in Feb. to strip it and try the nano coatings, but once I have them I wont be able to wait...lol Let me know what Phil says

Cools deal man he made a thread on it on DB so I will be keeping up with what he says and let yo know if he picks up the line. Because a liter of PP cost like $197.61 plus shipping and 500ml's of it cost $114.77 plus shipping, so if he does a group buy or a pre-sale maybe it will go down like it did when L2D had it for a group buy in September for 25% off. It's a long shot that it will ever be that much off again but maybe we will get lucky and can get a liter of it and split it.

Last time I checked it was 25 ml's into a 16 to 17 oz bottle mixed with distilled water so a 500ml bottle will do about 20 vehicles man

I am really considering the Wolf's Body Wrap as well. My concerns:
Body Wrap, Aquarts Iron Cut, and the Wolf's Chemicals QD = $83.00
